Biography
I am very passionate about women's advancement and towards that goal, MoHopedia is a wiki platform created to empower women through the use of technology and cyberspace.
I am originally from Guatemala City. I earned a B.A in Economics from Mount Holyoke College on December 2009. I believe that even though neoclassical economic theory is one of today's most relevant theories, its approach to the study of Economics does not encourage critical thinking. Students who study economics should be very critical about this theoretical proposition. According to Economics Professor at Mount Holyoke College Fred Moseley, "Neoclassical economic theory has very little explanatory power." My next venture will be behavioral economics! We'll se how that works out.
