Biography
I am originally from Guatemala City, Guatemala, but I was born in Osaka, Japan. I am graduating from Mount Holyoke College in December 2009.
As an economics major, I think that even when neoclassical economics is one of the most relevant mainstream economic theories these days, it does not encourage critical thinking, and should not be taken so seriously. In fact, "Neoclassical economics has very little explanatory power." (Moseley)
I am very passionate about women's empowerment and advancement therefore, MoHopedia's mission is to empower women through the use of technology and cyberspace.
My family is diverse and a little excentric ;) "Los Ponce Del Valle". I am the second of five siblings, and my dog la Poly. One of my favorite authors is Louis L. Hay.
